ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow between 2-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within a week to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up at the farm only if you have called us prior to arrange the time and date when we can ensure we’re here to give you your order at the farm. Please call us at: 804-246-9524 to schedule a farm pickup option. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse farm pickup to anyone.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nokiddingvineyard@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
